Hi guys,
I noticed there's this interesting and promising combustion solver fireFoam in the latest release. I want to test how well it can predict a diffusion flame, say Sandia Flame D. Unfortunately, I'm new to OF and very bad on case set up. Is there anyone whom used OF to simulate jet flames? If so would you please send me the test case, so I can learn from it? Currently, I'm tring generate a structure grid for jet flame with Gmesh. But it seems it won't support ununiform mesh, I want an expending mesh. Anyone can comment on that? Your generous help will be deeply appreciated. Thanks, Edison |
