Hi,
I'm very new to OpenFOAM is it possible model phase changes? I want to model ice formation in a pipe? Thanks |

there is a solver in openFoam (interPhaseChangeFoam) which can simulate phase change based on cavitation ( change in pressure ) from liquid to gas or vice versa |

Thanks nimasam,
That's interesting to know, should i assume that this can not be used for solidification? Are there any other alternatives? cheers |
