Hello OF-users,
I have the following warning message when I launch a case: --> FOAM Warning : From function dlLibraryTable:pen(const fileName& functionLibName) in file db/dlLibraryTable/dlLibraryTable.C at line 78 could not load libparMetisDecompositionMethod.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I get the same message when I launch decomposePar. The decomposition works and the case runs well (I think) but why this warning message. Regards, Stephane. |

Did you recently upgrade to 1.7?
in system/controlDict you have a line that reads libs ( "libParMetisDecompositionMethod.so" ); Thats what it complains about. Nothing that will produce more than a warning when it cant find the lib, bit if you want to get rid of it, it should be changed to libs ( "libParMetisDecomp.so" ); Quote:
