Hi,
for some time I have a quite serious problem with sonicFoam. The problem is compressible flow through a blade row, and up to Ma=1.5 at the domain outlet. The Temperature BC at the walls is zeroGradient. But the total Temperature does not stay constant. (It drops from 900 K to approximately 750 K) Does anybody have an idea, what could be the reason for that? Can this be caused, because the energy e and not the enthalpy h is evaluated by the solver? There is some inflow at the outlet, but I think I manage that with a groovyBC BC. Thanks |
