Hi Foamers,
I am trying to simulate a case with two fluids with a moving mehs. First i have looked at the interDyMFoam tutorials but these cases doesn´t fit to my Problem. I take the tutorial case mixerGgi from icoDyMFoam and modify it for a simulation of 2 fluids. The Problem is that the Case doesn´t run. So I modified the interDyMFoam Solver and delete everything that I get only the moving. This works fine. But when I use the normal interDyMFoam solver i got a "Floiting point exception" and i don´t know where the Problem is. Thank you for your Help Sebastian |

Hi Sebastian,
I had a look at your case and the reason for floating point exception is caused by the initial boundary conditions for k and epsilon. On the ggi patch I changed their uniform value to sth. different than 0 and added entries for k and epsilon to fvSchemes and fvSolution. Case is running now, see attached file. Best, Andreas |
