Hi Foamers,

I am trying to model the flow of a complex polymeric fluid where extra tensions besides the normal newtonian. For these situations where high variations of the tension are possible, what linear solver and interpolation schemes for the various terms are recomended.

I am using PISO to solve the system equations, and the general balance equations have a convection term and a divergence term with the extra terms.

Can anyone help me out on this? I am using the fvSchemes and fVSolution files that are given at the tutorials, in particular those directly linked with the icoFoam solver.

Regards,

Titio
