Hello,

I'm running a modified version of dieselEngineFoam where layering is implemented. I'm running it on a 2D axi-symmetric mesh made with the blockMesh tool.

When I'm running it with a grid of 60(large)x90(height) cells, all work fine. When I try to increase the number of cells over 90, I have this error message after a few steps:

Courant Number mean: 0.0051238 max: 0.179441
Crank angle = -174 CA-deg
deltaZ = 1.84629e-05 Piston at:0.0114478
pistonLayerID: 0
Piston layering mode

Cell 2220 is marked as removed but still has faces. Cell faces:
2
(
4(4514 4515 4576 4575)
4(4636 4637 4698 4697)
)

From function Foam::autoPtr<Foam::mapPolyMesh> Foam:olyTopoChanger::changeMesh

in file polyTopoChange/polyTopoChanger/polyTopoChangerChangeMesh.C at line 620.

Aborted

I don't understand where it comes from, does one of you have any suggestion ?

Thank you for your help !
