Someone might be interested. qsub -l nodes=2:ppn=2 -l walltime=03:50:00 codef_script ## the "codef_script" is, #!/bin/sh # Set number of processors per node # procs_per_node=2 cd $PBS_O_WORKDIR ROOTDIR=/home/c/zxie/OpenFOAM/zxie-1.1/run/Cubes CASENAME=stg444-8 CASEDIR=$ROOTDIR/$CASENAME # make 4 proc node file # cp $PBS_NODEFILE $CASEDIR/DP_NODEFILE # cat $PBS_NODEFILE >> $CASEDIR/DP_NODEFILE # DPS_NODEFILE=$CASEDIR/DP_NODEFILE NUMPROCS=$(wc -l $PBS_NODEFILE | awk '{printf $1}') ## Create machinefile MACHINE="hosts" cat $PBS_NODEFILE | awk '{ printf "%s\n",$1 }' > $MACHINE # `which decomposePar` $ROOTDIR $CASENAME # start application `which lamboot` -v $MACHINE # `which mpirun` -np $NUMPROCS `which icoFoam` $ROOTDIR $CASENAME -parallel > $CASEDIR/log `which mpirun` -np $NUMPROCS `which channelOodles` $ROOTDIR $CASENAME -parallel</dev/null> $CASEDIR/log # `which lamhalt` -d `which lamwipe` -v $MACHINE ###------------------------------ Regards, Zhengtong Xie |
