Dear friend:
I have a question to ask for you. I want to specify the inlet and outlet in the block center, which look as the injection and production. As a thought, I think there are two ways. One is that I create two blocks while small one block is looked as the injection. Another way is specifying a cell as the injection in only one block. But whatever, I do not know how to specify injection and production. Could any friend help me please? Thank you very much. Best wishes, Guoxiang |

Are you referring to injection of lagrangian particles or some eulerian injection?

Hi friend:
Sorry. I mean that I will test the case of the CH4 or CO2 sequestration. So the injection and production should be the eulerian. For example, I want to see the result after injecting 50 years and so on. Could you have any idea please? Thank you very much, Guoxiang |

You need to have some field that represents the fraction of each substance. Then you just specify the inlet patch to have a fixedValue at whatever fraction you're injecting. I am pretty sure you cannot have an internal face injecting things, it has to be a patch on the outside of a block that does not have another block next to it.
But I have to admit, I don't really know much about this. /Fabian |

Hi friend,
Thanks for your useful idea. I have tried with the fixed value for nonuniform such as the U or others to set the initial value as the injection. Do you think this is ok? Thanks again. Guoxiang |
