I am performing LES calculation using Axi-symmetric assumption in OpenFoam. If i get the Energy spectrum from the simulation (E(k) vs k) can i expect a -5/3 slope as k increases? The simulation is axi-symmetric with one-cell thickness ..so any pseudo-3D effects plug in?

Can someone comment on the use of one cell thick configuration used for axi-symmetric calculations?
