Errors during execution of tutorial case with own mesh

Hi,

I start to learn OpenFOAM and try to make my own mesh inside tutorial cases. I would very thankful if somebody can describe how to deal with errors that I have in log file for sonicLiquidFoam / decompressionTank case.
I use the same files as in case in system and 0 directories as well as thermodynamicProperties transportProperties files.
Files "cells", "faces", "points" and "boundary" in constant/polyMesh directory were generated by me without using blockMeshDict.

Log file contains the following info:

It seems that mesh is OK since neighbour.gz owner.gz were formed and fields and properties were read successfully.
