Has anybody thought about making an Openfoam Live CD? I was just thinking, Wouldn't it be nice to go around the office and leverage all the windows machines for distributed processing on a weekend by just booting them off a CD and use NFS for storage.

Just a thought.

Hello Conn,

yes, I did that once for our students. It's a DVD based on Knoppix. You can download it here:

It also contains cantera, octave and gnuplot.
