Default hi, i tried compiling a sol

hi,

i tried compiling a solver which workes nicely with foam 1.3 but in case of using this solver with foam 1.4.1 i found that the class fvmesh lost its memberfunction constructandclear.
is there any alternative to this function???
any help would be appreciated!
