HI,
I need your help once again :-) when I make turbulence "on" in bubbleColumn example for twoPhaseEulerFoam solver I have a divergence quickly. I thought that the problem comes from turbulence model, so I try the model proposed by Sato and Sekoguchi (1975) . the result is the same (divergence).. Can someone tell me what is the problem ? NB: I tried the different Schemes |

Dear all,
Can someone tell me what is the problem with turbulence in twoPhaseEulerFoam. I changed the bubbleColumn example with another one, the result without turbulence is correct bat when I active the turbulence (with k-epsilon or k-epsilon modified proposed by Sato) the problem is almost the same, it appears immediately. I patch in the inlet k and epsilon like that: k=3/2(Uref I) epsilon=Cmu^(3/4) * k^(3/2)/(0.07*dinlet) (ref: H.K VERSTEEG & W MALALASEKERA) thank you |
