hi All,
For higher order simpleFoam simulations, here is last iteration log message: Time = 2073 DILUPBiCG: Solving for Ux, Initial residual = 0.000338398, Final residual = 8.38532e-09, No Iterations 3 DILUPBiCG: Solving for Uy, Initial residual = 0.000291476, Final residual = 8.40278e-09, No Iterations 3 DILUPBiCG: Solving for Uz, Initial residual = 0.00137203, Final residual = 3.11507e-08, No Iterations 3 GAMG: Solving for p, Initial residual = 0.0204829, Final residual = 5.70976e-09, No Iterations 15 GAMG: Solving for p, Initial residual = 0.0037571, Final residual = 4.99011e-09, No Iterations 13 time step continuity errors : sum local = 3.52608e-08, global = 1.90265e-09, cumulative = -5.96504e-08 DILUPBiCG: Solving for epsilon, Initial residual = 7.05039e-05, Final residual = 6.64917e-08, No Iterations 2 bounding epsilon, min: -6092.91 max: 1.44592e+06 average: 28134.5 DILUPBiCG: Solving for k, Initial residual = 0.000233005, Final residual = 1.70773e-07, No Iterations 2 bounding k, min: -3.69022 max: 525.424 average: 33.4815 ExecutionTime = 3715.84 s ClockTime = 3734 s End ............... Log shows that k and epsilon are bounded to minimum values of < 0. However, plotting solution at the same instant in paraView shows a +ve lower bound of k. WHy is this disconnect? |
