Hello,
I want to simulate a 2 dimensional channel Flow, with a small inlet on the left wall injecting water into the domain using interFoam. The complete right Wall is an outlet. For boundary condition at inlet I use gamma = 1 with a specified inlet velocity. At the outlet, I need to speicify a zero pressure boundary condition. As interFoam uses the modified pressure (pd), I cannot specify 0 for pd !! This works if the gravity is switched off, but how should I implement the outlet boundary condition whilst gravity is swtiched on ? Is there any other boundary condition that I can try at the outlet? Thanks in advance ! vinay |
