Hi,

I've been running the damBreak3D benchmark for about a month and I want to profile MPI messaging for parallel runs with OpenMPI.

This requires instrumenting a makefile or files that call MPI routines. I've been trying out TAU, kojak and vampir with OpenFOAM but have not had luck with the main Makefile (under wmake directory) and parallelProcessing Makefile.

What is your recommendation for best way to instrument OpenFOAM for MPI profiling ? Thanks in advance.
