Hi,
I would like to solve for the flow past a rotating cylinder. Can anyone help me out with this. Which solver should i use. I have a finite cylinder enclosed in a rectangular channel.

Hi

Please try using the utility of funkySetField to set the boundary field near the cylinder using V=w^r, and reset internal field. please refer

As I talked a lot in the thread above, I would recommend you not to go with that procedure, but use FunkySetField instead, as what was discussed was in my pre-funky days, thus the solution was pretty heavy, whereas funkySetField is somewhat more flexible.
