gamma.boundaryField().types() imposes on the volScalarField rho the same types of boundary conditions that are specified for the field gamma. rho.oldTime() stores the values of rho as the old time values |

Does "rho.oldTime()" store the value at the previous iteration? Why do you need to do that? |

you need to do this, because the time derivative in the momentum equation includes rho. so you need an old time value of rho.
