Hi,
I work on a 3D mesh without bondary layer at the inlet, I want to have U=0.05 m/s and on the wall U=0 I integer the U profile with excel It has to be U*S This is my inlet face .-.-.-.-. | | | | | .-.-.-.-. | | | | | .-.-.-.-. | | | | | .-.-.-.-. | | | | | .-.-.-.-. 16/25 points belong to the wall and only 9/25 belong to the inlet I tried to change the order of boundary conditions in case/0/U but without results. The boundary conditions are applied to the faces, not to the points. So think about what average velocity you want to go into a face.
