hi, i am trying to couple two meshes (one solid, one fluid) in openfoam 1.5. So far, I have been trying to figure out how chtMultiRegionFoam works using the multiRegionHeater example, but I am not getting very far.
Basically, what I want to do is have a fluid mesh surround a solid mesh and simulate the heat exchange over the connecting patches. As I am not a programmer, I am having difficulties finding out how the coupling actually works. Does anyone have a simpler example (e.g. just two regions) which I could look at? thanks in advance for any help. |
