Hello everyone,

I am trying to obtain a solution using the SSG-LRR-Omega Reynolds Stress Model in OpenFOAM v2312. I have implemented the model which is on the GitHub repository: (https://github.com/nainapisharoti/SSG-LRR-omega-gamma.) First, I tried this model for the pitzDaily tutorial and obtained convergence and reasonable results. Then, I tried the NACA 0012 validation case of NASA with the provided 897x257 grid. With the k-w SST model, I also obtained convergence and reasonable results but the solution diverged with the SSG-LRR-Omega Reynolds Stress model. NASA obtained solutions for this model using CFL3D, TAU, and FUN3D solvers.

I started the RSM simulation after 7000 iterations with SST and residuals can be seen in the image. After 1000 iterations with RSM, the residuals were progressing not that badly but after 1000 iterations omega residual started to oscillate and the solution diverged afterward.

I can add the case setup if you want.
