No heat transfer during simulation

Hello everyone,I ran a simulation of the cooling effect of a cooling plate, but the color of the cooling plate representing different temperatures remained unchanged during the simulation, which means there was no heat transfer. How should I modify it to achieve the simulation effect? Figures 1 and 2 are the temperature distribution of the cooling plate, and Figures 3 and 4 are the initial temperatures of the cooling plate and coolant, respectively.
