Hi,
I've been searching for any guide in OpenFOAM community on how the multiphase flow can be solved in steady state platform. I have a large tank(~10mil cells) where I need to check the mixture of a chemical dosing into the tank from an injection nozzle next to the inlet. The aim is to find the mixing performance and identify short circuiting or dead zones. As expected transient solver like InterFOAM is possible but will require larger computational resources that I don't have. I have tried the InterFOAM-LTS which is faster but still for this domain is not hugely different. It appears there haven't been any developements since LTS am I right? Is anyone aware of any SIMPLE algorithm coupled with multiphase? |
