Ok, i have no idea why openfoam is causing a fatal error.
Nothing has changed with my test setup except the fact that i set the flow from: steady, single phase, isothermal, viscous, RANS To: steady, single phase, high mach number, viscous, RANS All other properties stayed the same.. air at stp and now it gives me this error: Thanks for any help 23:09:02 mpiexec.exe : [2] At line:4 char:5 + & mpiexec -np $NumProcs $cmd -parallel $args 2>&1 | tee log.$sol + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: ([2] :String) [], RemoteException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : NativeCommandError 23:09:02 [0] [3] [1] [2] [0] [3] [1] 23:09:02 [2] [0] [3] [1] --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: (openfoam- (openfoam- (openfoam- (openfoam- 2212 2212 2212 2212 ) ) ) ) [2] [0] [3] [1] failed lookup of thermophysicalProperties (objectRegistry region0) available objects of type fluidThermo: 0() failed lookup of thermophysicalProperties (objectRegistry region0) available objects of type fluidThermo: 0() failed lookup of thermophysicalProperties (objectRegistry region0) available objects of type fluidThermo: 0() failed lookup of thermophysicalProperties (objectRegistry region0) available objects of type fluidThermo: 0() [2] [0] [3] [1] [2] [0] [3] [1] [2] [0] [3] [1] From From 23:09:02 From From const Type& Foam:bjectRegistry::lookupObject(const Foam::word&, bool) const [with Type = Foam::fluidThermo] const Type& Foam:bjectRegistry::lookupObject(const Foam::word&, bool) const [with Type = Foam::fluidThermo] const Type& Foam:bjectRegistry::lookupObject(const Foam::word&, bool) const [with Type = Foam::fluidThermo] const Type& Foam:bjectRegistry::lookupObject(const Foam::word&, bool) const [with Type = Foam::fluidThermo] [2] [0] [3] [1] in file in file in file in file /root/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v2212/src/OpenFOAM/lnInclude/objectRegistryTemplates.C /root/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v2212/src/OpenFOAM/lnInclude/objectRegistryTemplates.C /root/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v2212/src/OpenFOAM/lnInclude/objectRegistryTemplates.C /root/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v2212/src/OpenFOAM/lnInclude/objectRegistryTemplates.C at line at line at line at line 571 571 571 571 . . . .
