rocketLauncher is on a distinguished road
Hello everyone,

A fluent mesh converted to openfoam using the fluent3DMeshToFoam command yield different results to ANSYS. I have set up a comparable solver based on literature to minimise the deviations caused by that.

I had an idea that I don't know how to implement in OpenFOAM. In ANSYS we initialise the simulation and I noticed that the calculation starts with better values than OF. Is there a way to take those values from ANSYS and tell simpleFoam to start from the same ones? e.g. for the static pressure

Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts.

Note: My case is laminar not turbulent
