Hello,

i have a problem with OpenFoam 11 and dynamic mesh refinement.

I simulate a mulitphase sloshing case and try to use topochanger in dynamicMeshDict.

I get the following warning and then an error i have never seen before.

Do you understand the warning or the error?
Did anybody have the same problem?
