Hi all,
I refined a mesh in a geometry and then it started reaching very high Co of 1e+40 and the simulation is failing. I have reduced the time-step to 1e-10 and switched on adjusttimestep with a max Co .25, but still the Co is reaching very high values and the simulation is failing. I have checked the mesh, it seems fine with a min edge length of 1e-3. Should i try something else? like schemes or relaxation factors? or should i check my mesh first, i created the mesh in ansys using multizone. It will be very helpful if someone can provide insght. Many Thanks. Ani |

Hello,
There could be many reasons. You have not given much information. Could you post here the output of checkMesh? Then what are the fvSchemes and fvSolutions? By looking into these, we can get a better idea. Thanks |
