How can I activate / implement a dispersion model for a kinematicCloud? I am using v2306.

It is possible to activate it when using kinematicParcelFoam directly, but when using bgschaider's swak4Foam lagrangian implementation, it doesn't work anymore (only "None" can be set).

So would I need to compile this into the "carrier" solver (e.g. interFoam)? If so - how? Or would that be physically unnessecary?
