Hi

I am running a simulation on the solver chtMultiRegionTwoPhaseEulerFoam (v2212) and I would like to model convective heat transfer. I thought I can reuse the externalWallHeatFluxTemperature patchField from chtMultiRegionFoam solver but this patchfield is not present with the chtMultiRegionTwoPhaseEulerFoam solver.

This boundary condition was great because you can fixe a heat transfer coeffient and the ambient temperature.

How can I do to model convective heat transfer on a solid with this solver ?

Thanks,

Hi there

You could try with Mixed boundary conditions, is a programmable BC and can manage Robin condition.
