Hi everybody, I am trying to simulate an industrial symmetryc air duct with incompressible steady state algorithm (SIMPLE). The mesh is very fine and it's tethraedrical (1 mm max size and 0.5 mm for min size for a 8 meters duct). At some point of the simulation some cells near the inlet diverge by increasing too much the pressure for no reason. (see attached pics)
Did anybody have the same problem? If you need I can also send Bcs, fvschemes and fvsolution files. I also attached an image of the internal part of the duct (quite complex with support beams). |
