Hi all,
I am trying to investigate oscillating flow of a viscous incompressible fluid through periodic tubes. I have applied cyclicAMI periodic boundary condition at the inlet and outlet. Also, I have used accelerationSource fvModels with sine function to create sinusoidally oscillating flow, please see in the attachment. Although the flow is now sinusoidally oscillating, but it is not the same for each oscillation (as I want). As I am using accelerationSource fvModels, the velocity components are accelerating in each oscillation, so the velocities are not the same in each oscillation. Is there any way to create sinusoidally oscillating flow through a periodic tube so that the flow will be same for each oscillation? I appreciate your suggestion in this regard. Cheers, Nazmul |
