Hi everyone
in my transient simulation, I understand when the flow reaches the end of the geometry the velocity is calculated a bit weirdly when I compared this result with the results in for example the tutorials of pitzdaily (simpleFoam and pisoFoam). the velocity and pressure boundary conditions for reactingfoam are as same as pitzdaily tutorials but it seems something different in the velocity calculation at the end of geometry is weird. however, after simulation and convergency all parameters are calculated right but in transient conditions and in the outlet I think it is something wrong. has anyone had this experience? I put three images about what I mean. I think it is because of the numerical method. |
