Hello,

I am studying surface temperature anisotropies induced by geometry anisotropies during heating/cooling of solid objects, using ChtMultiregionFoam. In particular, I modify the 'coolingSphere' tutorial by using an .stl file instead of the sphere. In my case there is a hollow cylinder (with thickness asymmetries). After long debugging, i managed to solve all the problems of type "FOAM FATAL ERROR". Now, there is an error of type "SIGPE" (perhaps division with zero?) right after the solver reads the "fluid mesh thermophysical properties for region fluid1" at log.chtMultiregionFoam (i include it).

(Apart from the particular issue, I am not sure if "chtMultiRegionFoam" solver is optimal for my problem, so i would also appreciate any thoughts in this direction. )

Thank you in advance for any suggestions/ideas. I would gladly share any info you deem useful.

I am posting this for future reference: The problem was appearing after loading thermodynamic properties, so i thought it has to do with the Temperature being 0. Indeed, by setting a non-zero temperature at BC for T (i.e. "internalField uniform 300;") problem solved.

I still have errors, however i will post in another thread.
