Hi everyone
I am trying to simulate what happens inside a duct after releasing combustion energy in a specific part of simple geometry by reactingFoam solver. my results make logical sense before reaching to inlet and outlet of geometry and behaviour of gases from the source of energy to downstream and upstream is right. but when the flow reaches to the outlet and inlet of the duct, I think there is something wrong based on the actual condition and physic. inlet/outlet values affect the downstream/upstream flow respectively. I have checked different boundry conditions (zero gradient, fixedValue, inletOutlet, ..) but there is almost the same behavior. I uploaded the animations of my results for a better explanation of my question. please give me your opinions |
