Why does U not appear in fvSolution when using multiphaseEulerFoam?

In the title is the question.
I am using OF-10. In the tutorials pipeBend and titaniaSynthesis, for example, the field U is not needed in the fvSolution file, although the field is properly solved. Why? some solvers complain (or did) if you didn't introduce the field in the fvSolution. I thought there was no default value. Regards |
