OF10 fvModels selects whole domain despite selection certain cellZone

hi all,

i am trying to move to the newest OF version and bc of that i am converting my codes to OF Version 10 from Version 7.

in fvModels i am selecting a pre-defined cellZone for mass conversion from phase 1 to phase 2, which is in middle of a rectangular pipe, see screenshot.
according to terminal output the cellZone is selected correctly.

unfortunately mass conversion occurs right after the inlet. so the equation is active for the whole domain i guess and not for this particlar cellZone.

can anybody help?
