pimpleFoam: monitoring the solution (not residuals) in each time step

Hello everyone,
I'm using the PIMPLE algorithm of pimpleFoam to simulate a centrifugal pump by exploiting the sliding mesh technique. I'm interested in monitoring a solution quantity (e.g. the total pressure on a section) to make sure that the number of OuterCorrectors is high enough to get convergence within each time step, but at the same time it should be not too large, in order to limit the computational cost. I managed to plot Residuals vs pimple Iterations (in attachment) but I need to monitor the solution too. So far, I was only able to plot the Solution vs Time step, but this does not really help me in judging convergence in each time step. In the example attached, I'm using nOuterCorrectors = 50 and the residuals are reducing nice. Monitoring also the solution, I would reduce the number of OuterCorrectors if I see that the total pressure (for instance) on a characteristic surface converges faster (for example in 10-15 iterations) in each time step. I'm new to openFoam and while this feature is trivial to achieve in other software (e.g. star-ccm+), it seems quite tricky in openFoam, do you have any ideas? Thank you!
