Yann will become famous soon enough
Hello,

If you search the forum you will see this error is pretty common and generic. It can be caused by a lot of different things and there is no way to help you without knowing more details about what you are trying to do.

Please elaborate: what OpenFOAM version are you using? Which solver? Can you provide a log file?

Guide: How to ask a question on the forums

Regards,
Yann
