ufocfd is on a distinguished road
are porousSimpleFoam and simpleFoam basically the same solver?

The only difference i noticed was that porousSimpleFoam reads the porosity settings from either fvOptions OR porosityProperties...

whereas simpleFoam reads the porosity settings only from fvOptions.

and they appears (at first sight) to give the same result!
