Hello,
I am pretty new in OpenFOAM, so maybe my question could sound a bit stupid, but, ¿does anybody know how does the coefficients work while using a symmetry plane (symmetryPlane type)? I mean, I would like to know if the aerodynamic coefficients (function "forceCoeffs") are referred only to the half geometry, or, on the contrary to the whole geometry. In the first case, how could I correct the coefficient calculation and making it to take into account the rest of the symmetric geometry? Thank all of you in advance! |
