tutorial heatduct with air instead of water

Hello together,

I would like to change the fluid from water to air in the "heatduct" tutorial from OpenFoam V9, however the simulation breaks when I make the following changes to the thermophysicalProperties:

You need to change from fluid to gas.
constant/regionProperties: fluid (fluid) -> fluid (gas)
and then all the other keywords.
