Hello,
I was running an interFoam (PIMPLE) case of a U-shaped container partially filled with water, under external excitation. Since I am targeting the wall pressure/forces I am interested in the dynamic part, however it seems that this case doesn't move the water along the vertical columns (which would physically need to move back and forth), rather just sloshing horizontally. I would be interested in capturing the movement of the water along vertical columns. Any hints/suggestions of what I would need to modify for this case to account for that as well? I attached some random snapshots in time, for checking on what I am discussing about. The external excitation is a harmonic one. Thank you! |
