Hi Foamer,
I am just running the case by the FSI with OpenFOAM-v2012 and Calculix adapted with preCICE, I checked the running well the tutorial case, but I modified to my simulation case, when I used the -parallel run, I got the error like attached(Fluid.log), but in the case when I ran the case with non-parallel, it does go through, keep running. The error message said that it seems due to the RBF mapping from mesh solid to mesh Fluid-Mesh-Nodes, so in order to follow to that, I modified in the "precice-config.xml", at the mapping I switched to the "nearest-neighbor" or "nearest-projection" from the "rbf-thin-plate-splines" , but same error wet out. Does anyone have any solution or advise to that error ? Beforehand, Many thanks ! I attached "Fluid.log", "solid.log", "Fluid_decomposePar.log", "Fluid_reconstructPar.log", "precice-config.xml". |
