Hi,
I want to find the concentration distribution of a specie using scalarTransportFoam for a compressible flow case where I already have the flow field solved for Pressure, velocity and Temperature using rhoCentralFoam. The issue here is that the Diffusivity of the specie depends on Temperature and thus Temperature field has to be included while solving with scalarTransportFoam. But I am unable to find any case where anybody has included Temperature along with Pressure and Velocity field while solving for Concentration using scalarTransportFoam. Do I need to make changes in scalarTransportFoam to do this or such functionality is available in OpenFOAM? |

Apologies.
Look for the report "Modifying buoyantPimpleFoam for the Simulation of Solid-Liquid Phase Change with Temperature-dependent Thermophysical Properties" by Daniel Hummel at http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kur...CFD/#YEAR_2017 |
