Hi,

I am trying to implement a sinusoidal velocity at the inlet , where flow both goes in and (suction/negative) comes out of the boundary. Can OpenFoam handle such a thing?

Has anyone implemented such a case or negative velcoity at the inlet?

I have submitted a bug to the foundation:

https://bugs.openfoam.org/view.php?id=3551

I know CFX cannot handle such a boundary, but what about OpenFoam ?

Did you happen to find any information on this. I am also trying to simulate this
positive velocity followed by negative. Similar to breathing cycle.
