I was working on a set of code in v1912 and managed to get overset mesh functionality half-way working (no information exchange across background mesh and overset mesh)

The velocities in the overset portion are calculated but it seems as no boundary interpolation is occurring, thus no data makes it into the background Mesh.

If I was working on a custom case I would attribute this to user error. Historically the openFOAM tutorials have proven to be consistent and capable of working out-of-the-box from a fresh install. This doesn't seem to be the case thus far.

Anybody have a suggestion as to what I am doing wrong?
