3D Airfoil is not converging during RANS simulation

Hi guys!

As a part of my master thesis i wish to simulate the flow over an 90 degree airfoil. I started by making a mesh in pointwize for a 2D situation. During my RANS simulation the drag coefficient Cd converged towards 1.5, while the URANS simulation converged towards 2.3. However, when extruding the mesh in the spanwize direction (1m), the simulations wont converge. The RANS simulation gives Cd as big a 10^82. Any tips on what might be causing this?

Some system files are added in case i missed out on some important information

What happens if you extrude 0.1m instead of 1m?
In 3d, what boundary conditions do you set on the sides?
