Default CFD accuracy in turbulent low speed flow compared

My question comes from modelling wind in urban context. But there might be a similar question in other applications.

Should we expect to get different velocity ratios (V_local/V_ref,inlet) if we are modelling bluff bodies (essentially blocks with sharp edges) in turbulent incomprehensible flow when using low speed than high speed at inlet?
In theory, there should not be different. This is the fundamental for wind-tunnel testing. But in CFD, do we expect to have more uncertainty for low wind speeds? I hope I framed my question appropriately.

PS: I am aware of Reynolds number dependency, so limited the case to sharp edged blocks.
