Dear all,I have recently tried the coupling motion of multiple rigid bodies. Start with the simplest case---Plate A move by “tabulated6DoFMotion” or “oscillatingLinearMotion” or anything else. Plate B connect with Plate A using a spring restraint, like "linearSpring". For Plate A I can use tabulated6DoFMotion just like sloshing3D6dof case. While Box B I will use sixDoFRigidBodyDisplacement just like floatingObject case. when Plate was forced to move and box B was restraint by spring connect with wall. It work well.
My problem is: When I want connect Box B and Plate A using a spring. Both points of spring are flexable. How can I do ? I have already fellow the report http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kur...Minghao_Wu.pdf to compile the couplinglinearspring make it possible to connect two floaingbox. But if one is forced to move and the other is 6dof? what can I do? Thanks for every reply and suggestion. My case files are listed bellow. Heng Jin |
